Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Home Health Services

Here at Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home, we have a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council that oversees our care delivery, hiring practices and more based on these principles. We provide mandatory staff training, so our team provides the most inclusive care possible to our patients and families. We offer language assistance and interpreter services to non-English speakers and those who speak American Sign Language (ASL).
