At Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home, we work hard to keep our community members healthy. One way we accomplish this goal is by keeping you where you want to heal – in the comfort of your own home. Our team provides care to patients and families throughout eastern Massachusetts. We offer a full range of medical, physical, emotional and spiritual support to ensure that your care needs are met.

Home health care is delivered directly to you or a loved one in your home by licensed medical professionals including nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides. The care we provide centers on helping you maintain or regain your independence.

We also help navigate end-of-life care through hospice and palliative services.
