Grief Counseling and Services for Loved Ones

We understand that the complex needs surrounding a life-limiting illness often extend to family and friends as well. That is why at Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home, we help you and your loved ones navigate the end-of-life experience, alleviate stresses associated with providing care and find support following a loss.

Each member of our Supportive Services team is specifically trained in providing end-of-life care and works to ensure that your hospice services align with your personal goals and beliefs.

Bereavement Services

Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home provides free bereavement support services for up to 13 months following the death of a loved one. Services are available to all members of our community. Whether or not your family received care from one of our services or facilities, we’re here for you.

Services from our support team of licensed, dedicated and experienced professionals may include:
